Anna Vladimirovna Dıbo (Rusça: Анна Владимировна Дыбо) (d. 4 Haziran 1959), Rus dilbilimci. Rusya Bilimler Akademisi üyeliği de bulunmaktadır.

Moskova Devlet Üniversitesi'nden 1981'de mezun olan Dybo "Semantic Reconstruction in Altaic Etymology" başlıklı doktora çalışmasını 1991'de tamamlamıştır.
